Dan Dianda - Acquire Properties

Market IS moving in our Neighborhood...

Lately many clients have been turning to renting instead of buying, and I ask why...?

They're belief is that the market has not bottomed out.

There is no way that i can say that we have passed the worst of times. However, contrary to popular belief and the media's opinion the market is moving. Homes ARE selling. In the area of Danville, San Ramon and Pleasanton alone over 142 homes have sold including high and low end housing since May 1st. Here's how it broke down...

Danville and Blackhawk,      43 homes sold

    low -  $405,000

    High- $2,550,000

San Ramon,   55 homes sold

    Low -  $220,000  condo

    High - $1,570,000

Pleasanton, 44 homes sold

    Low -  $254,000 condo

    High - $3,930,000

I think now is the time to at least consider buying, and with prices so low when could there be a better time?
